LMSI aims to be the company of excellence in Engineering Projects, Construction Management and Supervision, Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Technical Audits, and Energy Management in Buildings, seeking to be recognized as a benchmark of quality, competence, and rigor in its field of activity.

 

MISSION

LMSI provides engineering services in Design Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Building Consultancy, and WiseMetering: provision of software and hardware for energy and water management in buildings, aiming to:

  • Ensure the well-being of people, building occupants, through sustainable technological solutions;
  • Contribute to the optimal performance of building systems and infrastructure, seeking to optimize operating costs and enhance the value of these real estate assets;
  • Guarantee energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings, as well as the best related health and safety conditions;
  • Act with a focus on the Quality of its services, Environmental protection, and the promotion of occupational Health and Safety, in accordance with the guiding principles of its IMS;

  • Develop and implement innovative and interdisciplinary engineering solutions;
  • Commit to the efficient, safe, and responsible management of facilities and support services for our clients in managing their buildings

To continuously improve the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Safety, and to contribute to greater efficiency and effectiveness of LMSI, the following commitments are assumed:

  • Contribute to Environmental protection by reducing ecological footprints through pollution prevention and reduced consumption throughout the lifecycle of buildings;
  • Comply with applicable Environment, Health, and Safety legislation;
  • Integrate Safety, Health, and Environment into the company’s strategy and activities, ensuring optimal working conditions and involving all employees and service providers in a culture of Safety and Environmental protection;
  • Identify hazards in all activities, assess and manage risks, minimizing negative impacts on people and the environment;
  • Promote consultation and participation of employees or their representatives regarding occupational health and safety or other work-related matters;
  • Promote training and skills development of all employees and service providers;
  • Provide the necessary resources to ensure innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of processes and services that contribute to ongoing process enhancement.
